United Way Nonprofit Connection Board Fair

Calling corporate professionals: Want to make connections and make an impact? Serve on a local nonprofit Board of Directors. Stop by United Way’s Board Fair May 15 from 5:00-6:30pm to connect with organizations that match your personal passion. More than two dozen nonprofit organizations will be actively recruiting new board and committee members. You will have a chance to meet with representatives from organizations concerned with a wide variety of issues – children, seniors, education, arts, the environment. You will learn about the work of each organization firsthand and discover how board service can help you build your leadership skills and help build a strong community.
