Description
Ms. Morea’s career spans over thirty years in the civil engineering field from project design evolving into engineering management in both the public and private sectors. Currently, she serves as the Service Center Manager for the PEPS Houston Service Center where she: Leads/manages the procurement activities for the Houston District and negotiations with a staff of four procurement engineers towards contract development and execution; Assists the Houston District in the development of their rolling four year Legislative Appropriations Request; and, manages other state-wide procurement initiatives for surveying, commercial lab, etc. as needed.
