Make Your Voice Heard for the Future of Regional Transit The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) will host a series of public meetings throughout the region for the update of the Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan (RCTP). The RCTP provides efficient public transportation services for priority populations that includes seniors (65 and older), persons with disabilities, persons with low incomes, veterans, youth, and others. The plan is updated every five years. Local citizens, community leaders, and elected officials are invited to attend and provide comments at the scheduled meetings.
