Grover Campbell is the Associate Executive Director for Governmental Relations at the Texas Association of School Boards. Established in 1949, TASB promotes educational excellence for the 5.3 million school children in Texas through service to public school board members -- the largest group of publicly elected officials in the state.
He brings a wealth of experience in developing successful bi-partisan strategies for delivery to the Texas Legislature. His areas of expertise include appropriations, constitutional amendments, the sunset process and strategic planning for major statewide legislation. In addition to extensive contacts and long-time relationships, he is adept at dealing with complex organizations and managing complicated legislative issues.
