Description
As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering, Stolleis brings over forty-five years of
civil, municipal, hydraulic and construction engineering experience to
Fort Bend County. He has experience working for public agencies and
in private business as a consulting engineer and, he brings to the
county a broad variety of experience related to public works including
long range planning; utility, drainage, and infrastructure
