Michael Alford was appointed as the Houston District Engineer as of November 1, 2011. Alford oversees the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance for the state’s transportation system in the six-county HoustonDistrict.

This event is hosted by the Infrastructure Planning Division of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. The mission is to educate land advocate for transportation, infrastructure and development programs througout the region while facilitating public/private partnerships to promote investment.
