AccessHealth’s 2018 Heart of Fort Bend event will be held on Saturday, October 13th. Event co-chairs and committee members are planning an exciting evening in which one of AccessHealth’s greatest supporters will be honored. Proceeds from this event will help provide affordable healthcare in the Fort Bend Community. Individual seats and table sponsorships are available.
