Texas DECA needs accomplished business leaders to participate as competitive judges at the 2018 Career Development Conference. DECA is a high school organization preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Each year, over 1,000 students from surrounding school districts compete at the district level for the chance to attend the Texas State Conference. During each event, students develop solutions to specific case studies & then present their solution to the judge. Your feedback during the process is invaluable in preparing these students for the State Conference. No experience is necessary and judges will be trained on site the morning of the event.
