Join us for Beat the Pack®, a free quit-smoking program developed by Pfizer Inc. and sponsored by Houston Methodist Cancer Center. The program consists of four sessions led by Houston Methodist facilitators and includes: • Tools and tips to help you quit smoking • A support group of smokers like you who want to quit • Help to create your quit plan Learn more about the health benefits of tobacco cessation and how your doctor can support your quit.
