DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEERS: 7:30am-2:00pm daily    A volunteer sign-up has been created and can be shared https://signup.com/go/MpEuMyA\n\n	24 Clinical Volunteers (TUESDAY 03/22 Only): Volunteers with HIPAA training and experience working in a clinical setting are needed to conduct Vision Pre-Screenings during the event. Specific Credentials/certification is not required\, as hands on training will be provided for these roles.  \n	\n		Training for clinical roles will be required prior to the event. This training will take place on Tuesday\, March 15th from 9am-1pm. Training location is TBD\, but will take place at either AccessHealth- Richmond (conference Room 3) or at the Houston Health Foundation Community Office (190 Heights Blvd Houston\, TX 77007).\n	\n	\n	35 Non-Clinical Volunteers per day (All Event dates): Non-Clinical volunteers will be needed for each day of this event. These volunteer roles may include\, but are not limited to\;\n	\n		Event Set-up\n		Traffic & Parking lot control\n		Event Check-in & COVID Screenings\n		Event Flow/Coordination\n		Material Distribution\n		Event Check-out\n		Event Break down\n		Volunteer roles and responsibilities may vary based on specific needs each day.\n		Volunteers will be asked to please attend a volunteer Orientation\, via zoom\, 1 week prior to the event. Multiple Orientation dates and times will be made available for convenience.
